Dena is back in la with her awesome boyfriend john and we spent our
lunchtime going on an incredible, long run on the beach!!!! What a
beautiful day it is here in la!!!!

Camping lake cachuma!

Here is what our campsite looked like this past weekend... We went to
lake cahuma which is a couple of hours away near Santa barbara and the
views are just breath taking!!! 6 of us went up for a couple of days
and the weather was a little chilly but warmed up during the day.
Saturday night, it rained super hard in the middle of the night but
thankfully we were already sleeping! The hiking is gorgeous, it's goes
all around the lake and you can hike for days the lake is so big!

We tried fishing but didn't catch a thing! Maybe it's because the hot
dogs we were using for bait wouldn't stay on our hooks!!! It was good
times... Can't wait to go back!!!

Del cooked us a feast on his birthday!?shouldn't that be the other way
around??? Everyday should be dels birthday!!! Glad I got to spend it
with you!

Me and christina!

My good friend from high school, christina came to town and it's been
so long since i've seen her! It was just like old times... I hope we
stay in closer touch always!!!!

Brunch at brickhouse

We had a nice brunch at the brickhouse on Sunday right off Abbott
kinney. it's a laid back place with really nice staff and great
food!!! If you can score a table outside on a beautiful day it makes
the experience all the better!!!

Bootcamp at the beach!

My friend Dana invited me to a boot camp class in the marina- they
meet near via marina and Washington on saturday mornings at 8am. I
felt like I was on survivor! I'll definitely do that again!!!

My boy mike and new girl, Aylan!

Awesome time last night with mike and his girlfriend Aylan who I
finally met for the first time!!! She lives super close to me so hope
to start running together soon! She's trying to get me to sign up for
the half marathon in San fran! I think I'm going to do it....

Nara sushi in Kansas city

Had dinner with Sara at this great sushi place in kansas city ! Been
traveling with Sara the last 5 weeks and now I won't see her for a
couple!! It was a great dinner!!!

Just wanted to say thanks to Roger for coming down to LA for the weekend and helping me with my apartment and spending time with me and for Ron for all his help this weekend too! It was so great just hanging out all together and I miss my sisters... but hopefully MOST of us will be together at Easter. We had a fun weekend of going out to eat, watching movies, doing some Power Yoga and of course- doing some work around my place. I am so grateful to have such a loving family and so thankful that they are so close by. We miss everyone else and will see you soon Mom and Dad! Adrianos with my bros

Roger flew down from San francisco and I get to spend some time with
my two brothers! We had a fantastic dinner all together with Geeta and
her mom... The pizza here was the bomb!!!
