I started this blog in 2006 shortly after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans. I lived for nearly 15 years, ever since I moved there to attend college at Loyola University. After the storm hit, I was separated from most of my family and friends, who are now to this day still spread out all over the country. This is the place where I share my thoughts and experiences with them since I am now relocated in California, living in Los Angeles. And my journey continues.
